Excluded, the items packed by the owner:

Cracks, scratches, dents, chipping, staining and tearing of owner-packed items unless they have been caused directly by fire, stranding, sinking or collision of the vessel or collision or overturn of ground transportation. Also excluded are claims for lost items or packages included in boxes packed by the owner, unless it has received a list with the content value of each box or package prior to commencement of transport.
